The use of any such material on any other Web site or computer environment is prohibited unless permission is granted from Parish Desk. The actual data, data reports, email capabilities and data exports are for the exclusive use of the church/organization to which that data belongs.
Parish Desk has made every effort to secure appropriate clearances and licenses for all proprietary intellectual properties used on this Site. If you believe any material on this Site is infringing, please contact Parish Desk immediately.

Operation
Parish Desk reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or discontinue any functionality or features in the Parish Desk application and website.
Pricing, Payments and Service Cancellation
By continuing to use the Parish Desk applications, clients agree to fulfill financial obligations for the services as agreed upon when the client signed up. Current pricing for the Service may be obtained by going to the pricing schedule on the site located here. Parish Desk reserves the right to change any fees, surcharges, and/or monthly Member fees or to institute new fees at any time.
Should financial obligations not be fulfilled, Parish Desk has the right to disable access by that church/organization. Any church/organization desiring to discontinue their subscription to Parish Desk should make that intent known by email to Parish Desk. Refunds for prepaid services will be given at the sole discretion of Parish Desk.
